We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale PCA’s growth engine. This role is about two things:
- Run core levers now — launch and scale paid acquisition, optimize funnels, enforce CAC reporting, and own one specialty channel (partnerships, affiliates, or PR/podcasts).
- Build the team next — integrate current people into a single marketing org, then hire additional specialists (media buyers, SEO, etc.).
Compensation: $100K–$150K per year (base + bonuses tied to performance, CAC/volume).
Reporting to: Alex Rechevskiy (Founder & CEO).
Marketing budget: $30K/mo (scaling to $100K/mo effective spend by Jan 2026).
Marketing team: Creative Director + video team, copy/email marketer, graphic designer, web developer, fractional ad buyer, strong sales org (manager, sellers, support, admin).
What you'll do:
- Own demand generation: launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns (YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, IG, FB).
- Integrate existing team members (video, short/long form writing, emails, graphic designer) into new Marketing org.
- Build and optimize funnels (website copy, VSLs, webinars, evergreen nurture).
- Track and improve CAC, application approval and show rates.
- Drive one additional growth channel (partnerships, podcast guesting or affiliates).
- Over time, hire and manage additional specialists (ad buyers, SEO, M&A, support/ops).
